  • 50 miles per rental day on rentals of 1 to 4 days, or
  • 500 miles per rental on rentals of 5 or more days
    
    
• Spirit Airlines FREE SPIRIT members are eligible to earn miles at participating Hertz locations worldwide.
  
  
• A flight is not required to earn miles.

• You can request Retroactive Mileage Credit. Retroactive Mileage Credit can be requested up to 6 months after rental date by clicking on "Retroactive Credit Form" below.
  
  
• For rentals in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada when the renter chooses to receive Frequent Flyer miles or credits from the following U.S. and Canadian airline programs Hertz will assess a Frequent Flyer Surcharge equivalent to up to $1.00 per day up to a maximum of $5.25 per rental.
